Server Status updates

Dear customers and users,
This page has been created to keep you updated about the status of our servers for VOLT, Vivid WorkshopData Online and Vivid TruckData. Last week we have informed you on the updates on our server park. After launching the new configuration last Monday evening we encountered several problems during which our online applications and web services were not available. Although we tested the new server lay-out for more than 2 weeks we faced major configuration problems after going 'live'.

At this moment we have a stable configuration, which offers still a much improved environment than the old one. Even though we have solved the problems, we are not yet at full strength. We are working full-time to finalize this project of course. You can view any updates through our twitter account to which you can subscribe for automatic notifications on changes.

I hope we have explained the situation in a sufficient way and of course you can always call us for other information.
