When we developed Vivid Workshop Organiser, our aim was to create a simple yet effective management tool capable of generating a cost estimate and work order in a few simple steps.
Vivid Organiser now links maintenance data to repair times, automatically adjusting any overlap between the two. It also generates a list of required parts (based on generic parts codes), which can be exported to a parts catalogue, either via web services or using an online interface.
We can – if required – provide users with a customer and vehicle database for storing service schedules and repair histories. The new calendar view will also be available soon, allowing work to be planned more quickly and efficiently, while simultaneously providing a concise overview of all scheduled work.
