Our latest software module, Vivid SmartFIX™, contains technical service bulletins as well as recall data. These bulletins, which specify known defects and suggested repairs, used to be available to manufacturers only.
Vivid SmartFIX™ helps you save money. By proposing step-by-step procedures and instructions for resolving known issues and problems, it helps workshops minimise non-billable hours spent on fault analysis. The bottom line: improved efficiency and profitability.
Licencing
Recall data will be made available under all licences (minimum package Vivid Technical Data). TSBs can be purchased as a separate module. Please contact our sales team for further information on languages and prices.
